A leading international materials solutions company aspired to overall its sales and fulfillment processes and redesign its Salesforce platform. 

We mapped current and future state processes, trained sales teams, and implemented a new IFS enterprise system. Salesforce was adapted to manage a diverse product mix with sales cycles ranging from hours to years to yield a simplified and scalable sales and fulfillment engine to drive sales growth across multiple produce lines.
